Sankamap Metals Inc. (CSE: SCU) (‘Sankamap’ or the ‘Company’) further to the Company’s news release dated October 21, 2025, the Company continues to work towards the filing of its annual audited financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025 (the ‘Required Filings’).

The audit of Sankamap’s subsidiary is nearing completion and is expected to be finalized within the next few days. Sankamap has provided the auditor with all required planning materials and supporting documentation; however, the commencement of Sankamap’s audit in full remains dependent upon the completion of the subsidiary audit. From Sankamap’s perspective, all necessary preparations for the audit have been completed, and only potential adjustments, if any, are anticipated following the finalization of the subsidiary audit. Sankamap continues to anticipate that the audited financial statements will be completed and filed on or before November 28, 2025.

The Required Filings were due to be filed by October 28, 2025. In connection with the anticipated delays in making the Required Filings, the Company made an application for a Management Cease Trade Order (‘MCTO‘) under National Policy 12-203 Management Cease Trade Orders (‘NP 12-203‘) to the Alberta Securities Commission, as principal regulator for the Company, and the MCTO was issued on October 29, 2025. The MCTO restricts all trading by the Company’s CEO and CFO in securities of the Company, whether direct or indirect. The issuance of the MCTO will not affect the ability of persons who are not directors, officers or insiders of the Company to trade their securities. The MCTO will remain in effect until the Required Filings are filed or until it is revoked or varied.

The Company expects to proceed with the filing of its interim first-quarter financial statements shortly after the Required Filings have been completed and submitted.

Both the Company and its auditors are working diligently towards the completion and filing of the Required Filings, and the Company will provide additional updates.

The Company confirms that it intends to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines described in NP 12-203 by issuing bi-weekly default status reports in the form of a news release until it meets the Required Filings requirement. The Company has not taken any steps towards any insolvency proceeding and the Company has no material information relating to its affairs that has not been generally disclosed.

About Sankamap Metals Inc.

Sankamap Metals Inc. (CSE: SCU) is a Canadian mineral exploration company dedicated to the discovery and development of high-grade copper and gold deposits through its flagship Oceania Project, located in the South Pacific. The Company’s fully permitted assets are strategically positioned in the Solomon Islands, along a prolific geological trend that hosts major copper-gold deposits; including Newcrest’s Lihir Mine, with a resource of 71.9 million ounces of gold¹ (310 Mt containing 23 Moz Au at 2.3 g/t P+P, 520 Mt containing 39 Moz Au at 2.3 g/t indicated, 81 Mt containing 5 Moz Au at 1.9 g/t measured, 61 Mt containing 4.9 Moz Au at 2.3 g/t Inferred).

Exploration is actively advancing at both the Kuma and Fauro properties, part of Sankamap’s Oceania Project in the Solomon Islands. Historical work has already highlighted the mineral potential of both sites, which lie along a highly prospective copper and gold-bearing trend, suggesting the possibility of further, yet-to-be-discovered deposits.

At Kuma, the property is believed to host an underexplored and largely untested porphyry copper-gold (Cu-Au) system. Historical rock chip sampling has returned consistently elevated gold values above 0.5 g/t Au, including a standout sample assaying 11.7% Cu and 13.5 g/t Au2; underscoring the area’s significant potential.

At Fauro, particularly at the Meriguna Target, historical trenching has returned highly encouraging results, including 8.0 meters at 27.95 g/t Au and 14.0 meters at 8.94 g/t Au3. Complementing these results are exceptional grab sample assays, including historical values of up to 173 g/t Au3, along with recent sampling by Sankamap at the Kiovakase Target, which returned numerous high-grade copper values, reaching up to 4.09% Cu. In addition, limited historical shallow drilling intersected 35.0 meters at 2.08 g/t Au3, further underscoring the property’s strong mineral potential and the merit for continued exploration. With a commitment to systematic exploration and a team of experienced professionals, Sankamap aims to unlock the untapped potential of underexplored regions and create substantial value for its shareholders. Vancouver, British Columbia, November 5th, 2025 TheNewswire – Prismo Metals Inc. (the ‘ Company ‘ ) (CSE: PRIZ,OTC:PMOMF) (OTCQB: PMOMF) is pleased to announce that Walnut Mines LLC, the owner of the Hot Breccia claims optioned as to 75% by the Company, has agreed to extend certain dates to complete cash payments and exploration expenditures.

Alain Lambert, CEO of Prismo said: Prismo remains firmly committed to advancing the Hot Breccia Project, located in the heart of Arizona s historic copper belt. We appreciate the cooperation of Walnut Mines LLC in extending certain milestone obligations, which provides the Company with additional flexibility as we assess a range of strategic alternatives. Each of these paths is designed to position Prismo to commence drilling on what we consider one of the most compelling copper exploration opportunities in Arizona and the broader United States.

Dr Linus Keating, manager of Walnut Mines LLC, enthusiastically commented: ‘Walnut and Prismo remain firmly dedicated to advancing Hot Breccia towards drill discovery. Accomplishing that goal requires that we continue to work together and support each other. This extension will provide the necessary time, and better focus resources, to succeed at Hot Breccia.’

More specifically, the extensions are as follows: (i) extend the milestone date to complete exploration expenditures of $1,750,000 from January 31, 2026 to January 31, 2027; and (ii) extend the milestone date to complete exploration expenditures of $2,000,000 from January 31, 2027 to January 31, 2028 and (iii) extend the milestone date to complete the final cash payment of $275,000 to Walnut Mines LLC from January 31, 2026 to July 31, 2026.

Prismo s Hot Breccia project lies at the heart of the Arizona Copper Belt, which hosts several globally significant porphyry copper deposits.  Examples of these significant deposits are Freeport McMoRan’s Miami-Inspiration mining complex, BHP’s San Manuel mine, Rio Tinto and BHP’s Resolution deposit and others (see Figure 1).

Figure 1. Location of the Hot Breccia Project in the Arizona Copper Belt.

Historical drilling carried out in the mid to late 1970 s by a Rio Tinto subsidiary intersected high-grade copper mineralization at depths ranging from 640 to 830 meters below surface. Several holes targeted an area with a coincident magnetic high, believed to be caused by magnetite skarn that was cut in the drill holes and that occurs in xenoliths in cross cutting dikes exposed at the surface. Prismo believes those intercepts may represent the periphery of the upper portion of a large mineralized system.

Support for the Company s mineralization model at the project comes from several sources, including the results of historical drilling, geophysical surveys, distribution of dikes with xenoliths of Cu-bearing skarn, the 2023 ZTEM survey as well as the results of an AI study. The anomalous target area identified in Prismo s modelling measures 1,100 meters by 1,150 meters.

Dr. Craig Gibson, Chief Exploration Officer of Prismo stated: The copper exploration target at Hot Breccia has geophysical, geochemical and geological features characteristic of many porphyry copper deposits. The project area has a regional setting similar to BHP-Rio Tinto’s Resolution copper deposit located 40 kilometers to the northwest of Hot Breccia and which is considered to be one on the greatest copper discoveries in the history of North American mining. He added: The drill program is intended to drill through the entire prospective Paleozoic carbonate stratigraphy into the postulated porphyry body/breccia zone. The exploration team will take advantage of geological information provided by each hole during drilling to refine targeting of subsequent holes.

Historical drill holes cut high grade skarn mineralization including 23 meters with 0.54% Cu at 640 meters depth (hole OC-1), 18 m with 1.4% Cu and 4.65% Zn at 830 meters depth (hole OCC-7), and 7.6 m with 1.73% Cu and 0.11% Zn at 703 meters and 4.6 meters with 1.4% Cu and 0.88% Zn at 716 meters (OCC-8).  Mineralization occurs within a several hundred-meter-thick altered zone hosted in favorable Paleozoic carbonate rocks that underly a sequence of Cretaceous andesitic volcanic rocks. These carbonates are the same rocks that host the high-grade copper mineralization at Freeport s nearby Christmas mine.  The historic drilling intersected a blind mineralized intrusion associated with the skarn mineralization, providing an immediate drill target that is believed to be the source of the mineralization at Hot Breccia (Figure 2). Several magnetic highs in the region surrounding the proposed intrusion may also indicated buried skarn mineralization and provide additional exploration targets.

About Hot Breccia

The Hot Breccia property consists of 1,420 hectares in 227 contiguous mining claims located in the world class Arizona Copper Belt between several very well understood world-class copper mines including Morenci, Ray and Resolution (Figure 1). Hot Breccia shows many features in common with these neighboring systems, most prominently a swarm of porphyry dikes and series of breccia pipes containing numerous fragments of well copper-mineralized rocks mixed with fragments of volcanic and sedimentary derived from considerable depth. Prismo performed a ZTEM survey last year that identified a very large conductive anomaly directly beneath the breccia outcrops.

Sampling at the project has shown the presence of copper mineralization associated with dacite dikes that transported fragments of strongly mineralized carbonate rocks to the surface from depths believed to be 400-1,000 meters. Drilling deep holes is necessary to tap into the source of these mineralized fragments found at surface.

Assay results from historic drill holes are unverified as the core has been destroyed, but information has been gathered from memos, photos and drill logs that contain some, but not all, of the assay results and descriptions.  Technical information from adjacent or nearby properties does not mean nor does it imply that Prismo will obtain similar results from its own properties.

Data on previous drilling and geophysics is historical in nature and has not been verified, is not compliant with NI 43-101 standards and should not be relied upon; the Company is using the information only as a guide to aid in exploration planning.

Yum Brands said on Tuesday it was exploring strategic options for its Pizza Hut chain as the unit struggles to keep pace in a highly competitive fast-food industry vying for sales from a stressed consumer.

“Pizza Hut‘s performance indicates the need to take additional action to help the brand realize its full value, which may be better executed outside of Yum Brands,” Yum Brands’ new CEO, Chris Turner, said in a statement.

Pizza Hut‘s sales have lagged Yum Brands’ other prominent units, Taco Bell and KFC International, falling for seven consecutive quarters. In comparison, Taco Bell last reported negative comparable sales in June 2020.

Yum Brands’ shares were up about 2% in premarket trading after the company banked on 7% growth in Taco Bell U.S. same-store sales and 3% growth in KFC International to beat third quarter estimates.

Pizza Hut accounts for about 11% of Yum Brands’ operating profits, compared with about 38% for Taco Bell’s U.S. business.

Several quarters of price hikes at restaurants, sticky inflation and economic uncertainty have forced consumers to become more wary about dining out as they look to stretch their budgets. Still, pizzas are viewed as a value-option to feed families.

Industry giant Domino’s Pizza DPZ.O said in October that although fast-food traffic was slowing, consumers were still seeking out its pizzas, helped by promotions and new menu items, as well as its delivery partnerships with third-party aggregators such as Doordash DASH.O and UberEats UBER.N.

While Pizza Hut has also offered value deals such as various personal pizzas for $5 and $2, “an insufficient value message amid a competitive value landscape resulted in transaction softness,” company veteran and former CEO David Gibbs said in August.

Taco Bell’s Tex-Mex cuisine and its more affordable prices have held Yum Brands in good stead against the slowdown in dining out.

Yum Brands’ worldwide same-store sales grew 3% during the quarter ended September 30, 2025 edging past estimates of a 2.68% increase, according to data compiled by LSEG.

Adjusted profit per share of $1.58 beat estimates of $1.49.

Packaged food giant PepsiCo acquired Pizza Hut in 1977, but spun off the chain along with KFC and Taco Bell in 1997 to create a restaurants company, which took on the name Yum Brands in 2002.

A deadline to complete Pizza Hut‘s strategic review has not been set, and there was no assurance that the process would result in a transaction, Yum Brands said on Friday.

The Dallas Stars and AT&T Stadium, the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys, will host the NHL Stadium Series in the 2026-27 season, it was announced Monday, Nov. 3.

The game is slated for Feb. 20, 2027. An opponent for the Stars was not yet revealed.

It will mark the first hockey game played in the 80,000-plus-seat stadium, which opened in 2009 and is nicknamed ‘Jerry World’ after Cowboys owner and president Jerry Jones.

‘Hosting the NHL Stadium Series with the Dallas Stars is another great example of the vision we’ve always had for what AT&T Stadium could be beyond football,’ Jones said in a statement. ‘The game will be another proud moment for us and being able to provide a world class fan and team experience in partnership with two outstanding organizations, the NHL and the Stars, will be very special.’

Dallas has played in one outdoor game, when it hosted the Nashville Predators for the 2020 Winter Classic at the Cotton Bowl and won 4-2. AT&T Stadium has a retractable roof.

The Stars have reached the Western Conference finals in three consecutive seasons and have grown in popularity in Texas, drawing 85,630 fans to that 2020 outdoor game.

The 2025-26 Stadium Series game will see the Tampa Bay Lightning host the Boston Bruins on Feb. 1, 2026, at the Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium, an outdoor venue.

The Atlanta Braves, who employed just three managers in the past 36 seasons, are keeping it in the family in replacing the retiring Brian Snitker.

Walt Weiss, Snitker’s bench coach since 2018, was hired as manager, the club announced Nov. 3, the second shot Weiss has had at a top dugout job.

Weiss, 61, spent four seasons as Colorado Rockies manager from 2013-2016, finishing last in the NL West twice and in third place, with 75 wins, in his final season. Snitker, 69, announced his retirement shortly after the season, concluding a stint of nine full seasons in which the Braves made the playoffs in all but his first and last season.

Their seven-season run of success under Snitker peaked in 2021, when they won the World Series in six games against the Houston Astros.

Now, Weiss will succeed Snitker, Fredi Gonzalez and Bobby Cox as the lone Braves managers since Cox took over for Russ Nixon during the 1990 season. He was the 1988 Rookie of the Year for the Oakland Athetics and played 14 seasons, his last three in Atlanta.

The Braves finished 76-86 last season, their first losing season since 2017, but the injury-addled club did post a 30-24 record the final two months of the season.

Nearly half of Canada’s population tuned into Game 7 of the World Series at some point, while in the USA, the decisive battle between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays drew the largest audience for a Fall Classic game since 2017.

Rogers Sportsnet says 18.5 million viewers – or 46% of Canada’s estimated population of 40.1 million – tuned into at least a portion of the game. Viewership peaked at 14 million in the bottom of the ninth inning, when the Blue Jays had a chance to win in walk-off fashion.

Its average audience of 10.9 million was the most-watched English-language broadcast in Canada, outside of the 2010 Winter Olympics held in Vancouver.

The Dodgers went on to win in 11 innings.

Celebrate Dodgers’ latest World Series title with our commemorative book

Meanwhile, the ‘fast national’ numbers from Nielsen indicate an audience of 25.5 million tuned into Fox Sports’ broadcast in the USA, the most since Game 7 between the Dodgers and Houston Astros in 2017 drew 28 million.

That total viewership number will inch closer toward 30 million in coming days as Nielsen, since 2020, has integrated out-of-home metrics – such as watch parties, bars and restaurants – into its totals.

Since September, Nielsen has utilized what it calls a ‘big data plus panel’ to measure viewership from smart TVs and streaming devices, which has resulted in big increases to college and pro football numbers this autumn.

Washington Commanders linebacker Frankie Luvu ‘has been suspended without pay for repeated violations of playing rules intended to protect the health and safety of players, including during Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks,’ according to a statement from the league.

Luvu committed his third hip-drop tackle of the season on ‘Sunday Night Football’ against the Seattle Seahawks, sparking the suspension. He was fined for the previous violations in Week 4 and Week 8.

According to the release:

Luvu violated Rule 12, Section 2, Article 18 (a)(b), which states that: “It is a foul if a player uses the following technique to bring a runner to the ground: (a) grabs the runner with one or both hands or wraps the runner with both arms; and (b) unweights himself by swiveling and dropping his hips and/or lower body, landing on and/or trapping the runner’s leg(s) at or below the knee.”

Luvu’s hip-drop tackle came with 7:55 remaining in the first quarter after he brought down Seattle’s Jaxon Smith-Njigba, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.

Washington is set to face the Detroit Lions in Week 10 on Sunday, Nov. 9 and Luvu would be eligible to return to the team on Monday, Nov. 10.

The linebacker can choose to appeal the suspension, according to the league’s Collective Bargaining Agreement. Any appeal hearing for Luvu would be heard by Derrick Brooks, Ramon Foster, or Jordy Nelson.

San Antonio Spurs rookie guard Dylan Harper will miss an undetermined number of games as he recovers from a calf injury sustained in a game on Sunday, Nov. 2 against the Phoenix Suns.

The Spurs announced Harper underwent an MRI in Los Angeles on Monday, Nov. 3 that revealed he has a left calf strain. The Spurs did not reveal a timetable for his return, stating only, ‘the team will provide updates as appropriate.’

Harper suffered a calf injury while defending Nick Richards’ dunk attempt during the second quarter of Sunday’s game. He was seen wincing in pain before heading to the locker room and was ruled out during halftime for the rest of the game.

Harper has emerged as one of the top rookies in the NBA through the first two weeks of the season. The No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft out of Rutgers is averaging 14.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game, while shooting 50% from the floor and 35.7% on three-pointers.

He had scored 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting in just 11 minutes of play on Sunday. His best game so far occurred on Oct. 26 against the Brooklyn Nets when he tallied 20 points on 8-for-11 shooting, six rebounds, eight assists and two steals.

Here’s a quick recap of the crypto landscape for Monday (November 3) as of 9:00 p.m. UTC.

Get the latest insights on Bitcoin, Ether and altcoins, along with a round-up of key cryptocurrency market news.

Bitcoin and Ether price update

Bitcoin (BTC) was priced at US$106,465, a 3.3 percent decrease in 24 hours. BTC’s lowest valuation today was US$105,040, and its highest was US$108,137.

Despite ending last week with promising upside momentum, the persistent presence of strong sell pressure is acting as a barrier to accessing key resistance levels, raising doubts about sustained bullish recovery.

Analysts like Ted Pillows highlighted a pattern of weekend price pumps that typically do not hold during regular trading days.

Indeed, BTC started November with a 2 percent drop. Market participants are bracing for retests of support below the psychologically important US$100,000 level. Institutional demand has also weakened sharply, with significant outflows recorded from major Bitcoin ETFs.

Ether (ETH) was priced at US$3,573.75, a 7.4 percent decrease in 24 hours, and its lowest valuation of the day. Its highest was US$3,890.47.

Meanwhile, the market capitalization of privacy-preserving cryptocurrencies has surpassed US$24 billion, an increase of about 80 percent over the past week, led by Dash (DASH) and Zcash (ZEC).

Altcoin price update

  • Solana (SOL) was priced at US$164.07, down 11.1 percent over the last 24 hours and at its lowest valuation of the day. Its highest was US$176.52.
  • XRP was trading for US$2.28, a decrease of 8.7 percent over the last 24 hours. Its lowest valuation of the day was US$2.27, and its highest was US$2.42.

Crypto derivatives and market indicators

The crypto derivatives market remains active with high liquidation volumes, US$16.49 million for BTC and US$32.87 million for ETH in the four hours leading up to the closing bell, indicating ongoing bullish positions.

Open interest has slightly declined: 1.10 percent for BTC to US$69.57 billion and 0.78 percent for ETH to US$44.51 billion, reflecting cautious trader sentiment.

However, funding rates of 0.006 for BTC and 0.001 for ETH suggest a bullish bias persists. Additionally, the RSI near 38 indicates the market is approaching oversold levels, hinting at potential short-term stabilization or reversal.

This mix of technical opportunity amid cautious sentiment underlines the need for close monitoring of derivative positions and market reactions ahead.

Bitcoin dominance in the crypto market now stands at 60.3 percent, roughly two percent higher compared to last week. The Fear and Greed Index dipped three points further into the fear zone from last week to 36.

Canada set to unveil draft stablecoin legislation

Sources for the Globe & Mail said on Friday that Ottawa will introduce draft stablecoin legislation as soon as December. The plan will reportedly be unveiled alongside the Federal budget on Tuesday (November 4) and tabled before the holiday recess. Sources also said that lawmakers drew inspiration for the legislation from the Genius Act.

The unidentified sources, who have reportedly viewed the draft, also indicated that it is deficient in clearly defining a digital currency and specifying who would be responsible for its oversight.

Canada currently applies dual regulatory frameworks for digital currencies depending on their nature and use. Some are treated as securities, giving authority to provincial and territorial governments, while others are treated as payment instruments under federal authority.

This overlapping jurisdiction results from the absence of a clear, unified legal definition for digital currencies in the country.

IREN becomes latest Bitcoin miner to diversify into AI

Bitcoin miner IREN has signed a US$9.7 billion multi-year GPU cloud services contract with Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT), the company announced this morning.

Under the terms of the deal, IREN will provide Microsoft access to NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) GPUs hosted within its data centers. In addition, IREN secured a US$5.8 billion equipment deal with Dell Technologies to support this GPU infrastructure.

This highlights a broader industry pivot among Bitcoin miners diversifying into AI computing services and data infrastructure amid tightening mining margins. Other miners like Hive Digital Technologies (TSXV:HIVE,NASDAQ:HIVE), MARA Holdings (NASDAQ:MARA), Riot Platforms (NASDAQ:RIOT) and TeraWulf (NASDAQ:WULF) are also making strategic moves into AI and high-performance computing sectors.

Ripple launches digital asset spot prime brokerage service

Ripple announced the official launch of its digital asset spot prime brokerage service, a new offering aimed at enabling streamlined access to spot digital asset trading for institutional clients.

The move underscores Ripple’s efforts to expand its suite of services in the growing digital asset market and follows its US$1.25 billion acquisition of Hidden Road, a multi-asset prime brokerage firm. This acquisition positioned Ripple as the first cryptocurrency company to own and operate a global multi-asset prime broker.

“The launch of OTC spot execution capabilities complements our existing suite of OTC and cleared derivatives services in digital assets and positions us to provide U.S. institutions with a comprehensive offering to suit their trading strategies and needs,” said Michael Higgins, International CEO, Ripple Prime.

    • Down hole interval of 70.8m @ 2.24 g/t Au from 128.8m.

These results demonstrate the continuous potential for a large intrusive-hosted gold system with geology, sulphides and alteration similar to the Stibnite gold-antimony deposit, only ~16km away.

  • Multiple near-term catalysts include:
    • A Reverse Circulation drill rig is being mobilised to Golden Gate to immediately follow-up on the results of the first three holes.
    • Assay batch results from 7 additional oriented Core holes of the Phase-1 program (including bottom of HH-GG25-001C) to be released progressively over the following months.
  • RML’s Horse Heaven project is strategically located in a district central to domestic critical mineral supply chains (gold-antimony-tungsten-silver), all aligned with the U.S. government priorities.

RML’s CEO of US Operations, Craig Lindsay, commented on the discovery:

“Following up our first hole with even stronger results from holes 2 and 3 is an exceptional outcome for the Golden Gate prospect.

These results confirm that Golden Gate hosts a large, robust gold system with all holes returning broad gold mineralisation from surface and finishing in mineralisation.

That level of continuity and consistency is extremely rare this early in a program and highlights the potential scale and our belief that Golden Gate has all the hallmarks of a significant intrusive- related gold deposit, comparable to the major systems seen elsewhere in the district, including Perpetua’s Stibnite, which is only 16km away.

With multiple targets still to test across the broader Horse Heaven Project, including Antimony Ridge, our confidence continues to grow that we’re on the verge of uncovering a truly district- scale gold system with complementary known tungsten and antimony mineralisation.”
